You must be at least 13 years old to use LeetWare. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use LeetWare only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone else without permission, sell or transfer your account, or use another person's account without authorization.
Educational Purpose
LeetWare provides educational materials and practice tools for technical interview preparation. We do not guarantee employment, interview performance, exam results, or any particular learning outcome. You remain responsible for evaluating and applying the information provided through the service.
Acceptable Use
You may use LeetWare only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use LeetWare to violate the rights of another person.
You may not use automated systems to access LeetWare in a way that creates an unreasonable load or disrupts other users. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect LeetWare and its users.
LeetWare Content and Intellectual Property
LeetWare and its original software, design, branding, text, graphics, learning materials, and other content are owned by LeetWare or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service.
Except where the service expressly permits it, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from LeetWare content without prior written permission.
Your Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit to LeetWare. You give us a limited licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
Third-Party Services
LeetWare may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, and database providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Paid Features
If LeetWare offers paid features, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase. You authorize the stated charges when you complete a purchase. Additional payment terms may apply and will form part of these terms.
Service Changes and Availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep LeetWare available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may affect availability.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using LeetWare at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk or harm, misuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will remain in effect.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeetWare is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeetWare and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to LeetWare during the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold LeetWare and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your material breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as LeetWare evolves. We will post the updated terms and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of LeetWare after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
General Terms
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you, form the entire agreement between you and LeetWare regarding the service.
