Overview

LeetWare is a learning app for practising technical interview concepts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use LeetWare.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, account identifier, profile picture, and authentication provider details. If you use Google sign-in, Google may provide your basic profile information after you approve access.

We also store information related to your use of LeetWare, such as onboarding choices, learning progress, completed topics, saved activity, settings, and similar app data needed to provide the service.

We may collect limited technical information such as device type, browser type, pages visited, referral source, approximate region, and performance data to understand and improve the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide authentication, maintain your account, save progress, personalize your learning experience, improve reliability, protect against abuse, and communicate important service updates.

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, LeetWare uses the information Google shares with us, such as your email, name, and profile picture, only for account creation, login, profile display, and account security. We do not sell Google user data.

Service Providers

LeetWare uses trusted service providers to operate the app. Supabase provides authentication, database, and related backend services. Vercel may provide hosting, analytics, and performance insights. These providers process data on our behalf according to their own security and privacy commitments.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate LeetWare, when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of LeetWare or others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention

We keep account and learning data for as long as needed to provide LeetWare, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide certain information, but some app features may not work without it. You can also manage Google account permissions in your Google Account settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep LeetWare reliable and protected.

Children

LeetWare is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
